For a new build, the written scope covers the agreed pages, responsive layouts, content setup, features, technical SEO checks, testing and handover. Forms, payments, CMS editing and integrations are included only when specified. We also agree who supplies copy and images, how many revision rounds are included, and what would count as additional work.

A focused business website has an indicative planning budget of $500–$2,000, while a scoped web app or portal is typically planned at $2,000–$8,000. These are not fixed packages or maximum prices. Page count, design, content and integrations determine your written quote. Stores, CRM work, migrations and repairs are scoped separately. A smaller first release can help keep the project within your budget.

The build price is separate from domains, hosting, premium plugins, third-party subscriptions and payment-provider fees unless the quote explicitly includes them. New builds include 30-day support for issues within the agreed build. Ongoing updates, monitoring, new features and longer-term maintenance are a separate scope, so you can see the recurring costs before choosing a platform.

Yes. Send the website URL and describe what is not working. I can review responsive layouts, broken forms, WordPress plugins, page speed and content structure. Sometimes a targeted repair is enough; a full redesign is not always necessary. For migrations, we plan content, URL mapping and redirects to reduce SEO risk, but search rankings cannot be guaranteed.

WordPress is often useful when regular content editing and an established plugin ecosystem matter most. React and Next.js can suit custom interfaces, portals and workflows. Headless WordPress can combine WordPress editing with a Next.js front end, but adds complexity. The choice depends on features, budget, your team's editing needs and the ongoing maintenance you are comfortable with.

New builds include the technical SEO work in the agreed scope, such as crawlable pages, useful heading structure, titles, metadata, a sitemap and relevant structured data. Image handling, mobile layouts and loading behaviour are also considered. Ongoing content, link building and paid marketing are not included in a website build. Google positions, traffic and perfect performance scores cannot be promised.

Yes. I can connect forms, map fields to CRM properties, organise pipelines and test lead routing and notifications. Automation and reporting depend on your HubSpot subscription. This is independent implementation support; HubSpot licensing and any vendor-required onboarding are arranged separately from my setup fee.

Where content editing is in scope, I set up the agreed CMS and provide editing guidance. You receive the custom code and relevant account access included in the handover. Domains and service accounts should remain in your control. Third-party software, stock assets and hosted platforms retain their own license terms; those limits are clarified before we choose the tools.

A focused landing page may take about a week, a business website a few weeks, and a custom application longer. The agreed timeline depends on features, content readiness, access and feedback. We confirm milestones after reviewing the scope. I work remotely through written briefs, messages and preview links, so calls are not required.
