The problem to solve
Healthcare websites often ask visitors to interpret specialist language before they know where to start. This project explores how to explain care options without making clinical promises or collecting medical details prematurely.
Who it is for
A fictional independent clinic and people exploring its services. This is not a real healthcare provider or a source of medical advice.

A proposed service overview introduces the clinic's focus in plain language, with boundaries between general information and advice from a clinician.

The planned detail page would explain what to expect, how to prepare and where to ask questions, with clinical content reviewed before publication.

A short enquiry flow would collect contact preferences, not diagnoses or patient records. No booking or submission is active in the preview.
More than a
different colour palette.
A soft ivory canvas, deep teal typography and an original botanical illustration create a reassuring visual direction. Clear information groups and short next steps replace busy promotional banners.
Clarity before conversion
The visual hierarchy gives care information priority over promotional claims, awards or invented patient testimonials.
Privacy-conscious intake
The planned intake would avoid requesting medical history in a general website form; a real implementation would need an appropriate secure clinical workflow.
Accessible content
Readable contrast, visible labels and a simple service structure guide the design. Accessibility still needs testing in the future implementation.

What is the current project status?
This is a personal project in progress. The original branding, interface previews and project scope are in place. Functional implementation and integrations are the next milestones; the preview screens use illustrative data.
How does this relate to previous client work?
I have built client websites and web applications through an agency. That experience informs my work, but this is a separate personal project with its own brand and implementation plan. It is not a renamed client delivery or a completed copy of an employer project.
What do the previews demonstrate?
They show the current interface direction, content structure and planned user journeys. The backend, authentication and third-party integrations described in the roadmap remain planned, not completed engineering work.
