About This Project

Designed and developed a visually premium website for a Dubai-based digital agency. The project focused on three pillars: speed (100 Lighthouse performance score), SEO (structured data, optimized metadata, programmatic sitemap), and conversions (strategically placed CTAs, social proof sections, exit-intent popups). Built with Next.js App Router for server-side rendering, GSAP ScrollTrigger for scroll-driven animations, and a headless CMS (Sanity) for the blog and case studies section. The client saw a 180% increase in organic traffic and 65% more qualified leads within the first 4 months after launch.

Challenge

Achieving 60fps scroll animations and interactive effects while maintaining a perfect 100 Lighthouse performance score and fast initial page loads.

Solution

Used code splitting and dynamic imports for animation libraries, implemented GPU-accelerated CSS transforms, lazy-loaded all below-fold assets, and leveraged Next.js Image component with AVIF/WebP for 70% smaller image payloads.
